This Preserve has 206 acres of prairie, wetlands and woodlands. Follow the 1-mile trail through each unique ecosystem. There is also a 4-mile bridle trail on the west side of Honey Creek. Hobart Urban Nature Preserve has just over 2 miles of trail and over 80 acres of land. This is a fantastic place to unwind by bird-watching, taking leisurely walks and observing nature. Hobart offers an escape for city dwellers along with unique welded sculptures donated from the collection of the Hobart Welding Institute.

Goode Prairie Reserve has 5 acres of land with access to the Scenic Stillwater River. This reserve is an excellent place to fish, boat and view wildlife. Enjoy the river and nature at this park! Goode Prairie Preserve has 25 acres of tall prairie grass with a half mile of trail. Enjoy the peaceful countryside by taking a leisurely hike. This beautiful 100-acre park has almost 1 mile of a boardwalk loop trail. This park offers peaceful walking and wildlife observation. It's undisturbed wet beech maple forest is quite unique. It is the only park in our park district that does not allow pets on the boardwalk due to sensitive plant life. Click on the tabs below for more information. Garbry Big Woods has over 170 acres with 2.2 miles of trail. It’s a wonderful place for group outings, archery, fishing and hiking. A special feature of this park is its educational arboretum. F.L. Blankenship is comprised of over 5 acres with .25 miles of trail.  It’s a great place for fishing, canoeing or just watching wildlife.  A bicentennial time capsule is actually buried on the property.

Farrington Reserve has 27 acres of land with 2,500 feet of Great Miami River access. It offers excellent opportunities for boating, fishing, exercising and viewing wildlife.
